Acara ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran mengenai pentingnya PUG serta mempromosikan perubahan sikap dan perilaku yang mendukung kesetaraan gender.<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Kepala DP3A Kota Bandung menyatakan, &#8220;Melalui kegiatan ini, kami berharap pelaksanaan PUG di Kota Bandung dapat berjalan lebih terarah, sistematis, dan efektif sehingga tujuan kesetaraan gender dapat tercapai secara optimal.&#8221;<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Sosialisasi ini menekankan peran penting Focal Point dalam memastikan bahwa semua pihak yang terlibat memiliki pemahaman yang sama dan berkomitmen untuk mendukung serta mengimplementasikan PUG dalam segala aspek kehidupan.<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">&#8220;Focal Point PUG memiliki peran krusial sebagai motor penggerak implementasi PUG di masing-masing instansi. Mereka bertugas mengkoordinasikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan dan evaluasi pengarusutamaan gender di unit kerjanya,&#8221; tambah Kepala Dinas.<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Peserta sosialisasi terdiri dari perwakilan berbagai Perangkat Daerah di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Bandung. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup konsep dasar gender, strategi PUG, serta teknik analisis gender dalam perencanaan dan penganggaran.<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari upaya Pemerintah Kota Bandung dalam mewujudkan kesetaraan dan keadilan gender di seluruh sektor pembangunan.
