Seminar ini membahas tentang urgensi evaluasi sistematis terhadap produk hukum daerah di Kota Bandung.<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan terkait implementasi Peraturan Daerah, di antaranya:<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"-mt-1 list-decimal space-y-2 pl-8\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">\n<h2>Terdapat Peraturan Daerah yang tidak dilaksanakan.<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">\n<h2>Adanya perubahan peraturan di tingkat yang lebih tinggi yang menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian dengan Peraturan Daerah yang ada.<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">\n<h2>Belum adanya metode evaluasi produk hukum daerah yang sistematis, sehingga banyak produk hukum daerah Kota Bandung yang tidak dievaluasi setelah diterbitkan atau disahkan.<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Yusup Firmansyah, Kepala Bidang Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak DP3A Kota Bandung, menyatakan, &#8220;Kehadiran kami dalam seminar ini merupakan bentuk komitmen DP3A Kota Bandung untuk memastikan bahwa produk hukum daerah, khususnya yang terkait dengan perlindungan perempuan dan anak, selalu relevan dan efektif dalam implementasinya.&#8221;<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">Seminar ini menghasilkan beberapa poin penting, antara lain:<\/h2>\n<ol class=\"-mt-1 list-decimal space-y-2 pl-8\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">\n<h2>Pentingnya evaluasi berkala terhadap produk hukum daerah untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan peraturan yang lebih tinggi dan kebutuhan masyarakat.<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">\n<h2>Urgensi pengembangan metode evaluasi yang sistematis untuk produk hukum daerah.<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">\n<h2>Perlunya koordinasi antar instansi terkait dalam proses evaluasi dan pembaruan produk hukum daerah.<\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">&#8220;Hasil dari seminar ini akan menjadi masukan berharga bagi DP3A Kota Bandung dalam mengevaluasi dan mengembangkan kebijakan terkait pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak di Kota Bandung,&#8221; tambah Bapak Yusup.<\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"whitespace-pre-wrap break-words\">DP3A Kota Bandung berkomitmen untuk menindaklanjuti hasil seminar ini dengan melakukan evaluasi internal terhadap produk hukum terkait dan berkoordinasi dengan instansi terkait untuk memastikan efektivitas kebijakan dalam melindungi hak-hak perempuan dan anak di Kota
